Beginner Room

Your first ASMR listen can start here.

I'm Towa. New to ASMR? That's fine. This is my beginner room. We'll pick something gentle together. I don't do sales talk.

How to listen — this is enough

Few rules. A miss is just the next work.

  1. 1Earbuds or headphones

Speakers flatten the left-right space. What you already own is fine.

  2. 2Start the volume low

Jumping in loud is a shock. Your ears matter. Turn it up slowly.

  3. 3Falling asleep is the point

Stopping halfway is enough. There's no homework to finish it.

  4. 4Skip if it doesn't fit

You don't have to endure a sound you don't like. Next one.

Tonight's starters

Four mood boxes. The works rotate weekly from popular titles. If one feels off, try the next box.

Rain & ambient

For nights you don’t want a voice. Easy to leave on.

Tonight's boxes are empty. Sorry — come back soon.

Common snags

It's not just you. I'll say it first.

  • The volume is too loud

Starting loud is a jolt. Turn it up from quiet. Your ears matter.

  • Enduring a work that doesn’t fit

You don't have to sit through a sound you don't like. Skip. That's the right move.

  • Starting with a long track

Long works are for drifting off. For a first listen, a short one is enough to get used to it.

  • Too many tags, so you freeze

You don't need to learn them all. Tonight's boxes are enough.

  • Thinking you need expensive gear

The earbuds you have are enough. Later is fine.

The rest of the site

Once you’re comfortable, pick any door.

Open one box. Good night — or not. Either is fine.
